Milburn Orchard Engagement Session | Elkton, Maryland | Elise + Daniel

We are just about a month away from Elise + Daniel’s gorgeous wedding, but until then, check out their adorable Milburn Orchard engagement session! I just love this couple and cannot wait to share their big day with them. When we initially talked about their wedding, I was so giddy over the details they had planned! I’ll save those secrets until their wedding blog post, but let me tell you, it’s going to be amazing!

It’ll have some unconventional wedding details too which I cannot wait to document. We went a different route with their engagement session by having it at Milburn Orchards, Elise’s former workplace. I’ve never actually photographed anyone at an orchard before, so the prospect of a new location with new challenges is exciting! They sold me on location with donuts, if I’m being totally honest. If you fuel my sweet tooth, you basically have my heart for your whole life. They were delicious, by the way.

Be on the lookout this September for their equally gorgeous wedding! If you can’t tell, I’m impatiently counting down the days.

Rebecca somehow made us both relaxed and produced absolute magic! She instructed us while still making the photos look candid, reliably captured our "good sides," and brought her unique eye for lighting and settings (pro tip: do whatever she says even if it seems funny or in a different location; it will look utterly amazing). Photos can be an investment and I'm glad we did the research and found the perfect photographer for us.
