Historic Smithville Inn Wedding | NJ Wedding Photographer

After a decade together, Arielle + Justin are married!! I could not wait for their wedding, and I still can’t believe it came and went. I even said in their engagement blog post that I was bursting with excitement for their day. It did not disappoint, let me tell you. Their Historic Smithville Inn wedding in Galloway, NJ was nothing short of a beautiful, emotion packed day for the cutest couple.

These high school sweethearts envisioned a beautiful fall wedding day at their favorite spot in NJ surrounded by the people who mean the most to them. Historic Smithville is a cute little spot nestled into the Pine Barrens, full of different shoppes and goodies. The Historic Smithville Inn is SUCH a charming spot to have a wedding, and I really think it fit their vibe perfectly.

As you scroll through these images, you’ll see just how emotional everyone was throughout the day. It’s so endearing seeing parents tear up over their children getting married. Arielle’s father is such a sweetheart. I don’t think he had a dry eye all day, especially during his first look with his daughter. These moments are my favorite thing to capture during a wedding day. They make me so giddy to see all the true feelings your family is having throughout the day.

I also just want to point out the straight style Arielle and Justin brought to their day. They left no stone unturned and I looove it! Peep that fresh haircut Justin got in their suite!! I’m still blown away by their incredible style and how it all came together so beautifully.

But what really matters and stood out to me the most is their huge, kind hearts. I’ll never forget walking into the bridal suite and getting the biggest hug from Arielle. Every step of the way felt like I was becoming a member of their family for the day. There’s so much energy from all of their bridal party and guests that I still feel like I’m there when I look at these images. Y’all, these two are SO loved! I know they are going to have the perfect life together, even when it’s full of life’s many ups and downs. So without further ado, a huge cheers and congratulations to Mr. + Mrs. Gordon!!! I’m so happy to know ya!

Rebecca somehow made us both relaxed and produced absolute magic! She instructed us while still making the photos look candid, reliably captured our "good sides," and brought her unique eye for lighting and settings (pro tip: do whatever she says even if it seems funny or in a different location; it will look utterly amazing). Photos can be an investment and I'm glad we did the research and found the perfect photographer for us.
