Judge Morris Estate Wedding | Newark, DE | Megan + Jeff

Meet Megan + Jeff, who tied the knot in September in an intimate ceremony with their closest family and friends. Their Judge Morris Estate wedding was a sweet declaration their love for one another and the becoming of one family. I met Megan through a mutual friend and I’m so happy she brought us together. Small weddings always yield heartfelt and tear-jerking vows and gestures, and their wedding was no exception. This is one of my favorites from the 2018 season. I truly felt like a part of their family.

Okay, cue the tears. Jeff wrote vows to Megan’s daughter and gave her the most beautiful necklace as a promise. He has so much love for these girls.

After the ceremony (and stunning portraits!), everyone headed over to the Chesapeake Inn in Chesapeake City, MD for dinner. We made it down to the restaurant’s docks to catch the last few minutes of sunset, and I’m obsessed!

Rebecca somehow made us both relaxed and produced absolute magic! She instructed us while still making the photos look candid, reliably captured our "good sides," and brought her unique eye for lighting and settings (pro tip: do whatever she says even if it seems funny or in a different location; it will look utterly amazing). Photos can be an investment and I'm glad we did the research and found the perfect photographer for us.
