Phoenixville Engagement Session | PA Engagement Photographer

Liz + Max met pretty unconventionally. They were at a wild party at a hockey house, ended up dancing together, and kissed each other without introducing themselves. Fate, or drunken stupor things? I’m gonna go with fate because they are actually a perfect match. I LOVE these two! Meeting them for the first time over beer and their Phoenixville engagement session got me so hype for their wedding this year.

I love their choice of location. They wanted their Phoenixville engagement session to portray their authenticity and love with each other, and I think we nailed it. This is home for them. They took me to all their favorite spots, including one of their favorite breweries. We even stopped by their house to take a few pictures with their perfect pups! A little fun fact, they live near the G Lodge where Mark Wahlberg and Zooey Deschanel filmed ‘The Happening’, and they even ran down their road for a scene. I refuse to ever watch that movie again, but it jogged my memory when they pointed it out!

As for our last pit stop, we headed over to Valley Forge National Park. This beautiful park is only a few miles from their house and I am soooo jealous! Their Valley Forge engagement photos are some of my favorites from their session, too. The sun set hit just right and we just had fun with dancing around the trails. I love how open they are to just letting go and having a good time together!

Liz + Max are so kind and hav the most adventurous spirits. They love food (I mean, same), their dogs, traveling, and fixing up their adorable home. Getting to know them so well and how much they care for one another makes me smile from ear to ear. They have such big ambitions and help each other get to where they want to be. I literally cannot wait for their wedding this fall, it’s going to be jam packed with emotion, laughter, and wiiild dancing. I’m here for all of it, and I know these two are too!

Rebecca somehow made us both relaxed and produced absolute magic! She instructed us while still making the photos look candid, reliably captured our "good sides," and brought her unique eye for lighting and settings (pro tip: do whatever she says even if it seems funny or in a different location; it will look utterly amazing). Photos can be an investment and I'm glad we did the research and found the perfect photographer for us.
