One of my coworkers came to me about her best friend’s maternity photographs. She wants to spoil her best friend with a way to capture and remember this special time in her life, and I am so excited to be a part of it. Ciara loves the beach, so we went to Cape Henlopen State Park for her sunset each maternity session. Isn’t she the cutest?! I adore her style for this session, it’s unlike any I’ve had for maternity before. The overalls are such a cute, quirky outfit for this!

Not to mention, Ciara is a motherhood goddess. She reminds me of a motherly deity in the peacock chair, empowered and ready to take on the throes of motherhood. She is absolutely glowing for her sunset beach maternity session. I know as mothers, who are busy growing this new life, it can be hard to feel like yourself. One of the beautiful things of a maternity session is that it empowers you. When you see the final result, you realize just how amazing you are and look. Getting client to feel this way is one of my favorite aspects of my career.

We have never seen low tide like this at the Point before. I LOVE it though, it lets you get closer to the Lighthouse and creates this beautiful, desert like texture in the sand. She looks so fierce and motherly here! The wind was intense and bitter, but she was a trooper and has these beautiful images to show for it. Congratulations girl!
